I wish there were some notifications of changes and some accuracy in the description. I had it on my calendar at 9am sunday morning. I am fine with monday evening, but please clarify if it is 5pm as meetup thinks or 6pm as the agenda shows. Maybe daylight savings confusion?
An email clarifying the timing would be appreciated and may help you to be able to rely on the rsvps.
