This group is designed to keep new moms and not so new moms active and connected through the participation in various activites such as walking (weather permiting), indoor skating, coffee and chats, movie nights, and much, much more!
Walks will be between 30-45 minutes at an entry level workout pace. If you're like me, you know the weightloss, friendship building, positivity and fresh air benefits of walking. Please join me as we crunch through the winter snow!
