I like to camp but haven't for some time. Would love to get back into it. Still have all my gear so I'm ready!

Camping in BC, Canada. The bugs were so thick that I had to tie a bandana around my face so as to not inhale them. It was not fun. Tent leaked, it was cold, milllions of bugs, there was a ban on fires for some reason. Gggrrrrrr! As I recall, we packed it in after one night and drove to the nearest little town and got a motel for the next night. Big babies
RV's are great but since I don't own one, tenting will do.
That's tough. When I used to camp I could and did eat anything and everything. I cooked rich, fatty, stick to your ribs meals. Now I"m into healthy eats so I'll have to re-think how I'll do this. Although, I'm not giving up the marshmallows.:)
