Sahaja Yoga - Meditation Classes : Urbandale Library 3 PM

Sahaja Yoga is and effortless way to meditation. It begins with us getting our Self-Realization or Kundalini awakening which helps us get into meditation very easily.  As we meditate other benefits follow like - our health improves, we are more calm and peaceful.

The meditation class us usually 45 mins - 1 hr including questions and answers. Materials and instructions are provided to meditate at home. Mats are not needed as we can sit on chair and meditate. 

If you wish to leave early you can always leave as the meeting are informal. For more questions before the class, please email us.
