The Loch leven trailhead is at Big Bend off I-80 near the ski resorts between Cisco Grove and Soda springs. Take the road about another 1/2 mile east toward the mountains. You'll see a forest service bathroom and gravel pullout lot. It's a wonderful water destination hike with 3 lakes: lower, middle, and upper lakes. Great for swimming if you are so inclined. There's quite a bit of shade. There may still be some wildflowers in July as most of the hike is on the north face. Plan to be on the hike for 4 hours or so. Coming down is faster ;-)

Bring plenty of water and food. see you at the trailhead at 10 am. Looks as though the weather is going to cooperate.
