Highway Cleanup
Elkhorn Blvd. Park & Ride(W of 99 one mile N of I-5/99 split) (map)
Clean up a two-mile stretch of Highway 99 N of Elkhorn Blvd. Littering has been heavy lately on the highways and we need to do justice to the atheist signs on both sides of the highway. We provide helmets, pickers, gloves, vests and we are out there for only two hours. Wet conditions cancel.

Alas, although Dr. King?s holiday weekend has evolved over the years into a passionate calling for public service, CalTrans remains in the past and will not allow us to clean the highway January 14 citing
