What do you guys think of adding an email to either the group description or individual meetups for people who have disabilities to contact us so we can give information about accessibility or ask how best to accommodate their needs?

Because we have meetings in so many different places (often informally), I don't know if the logistics would be that simple.

But, I would certainly encourage all of our event descriptions to say something along the lines of "If you have questions about Accessibility, please use the comments area below."

Do you think that would be a good solution?

I think it does. I will put an email on any events I create and hopefully people who need accessibility will email with suggestions.
