We'll be joining the Monday Madness League @ Strikes in Rocklin, 6:30 p.m. beginning January 6, 2014 and ends May 5.   $17.00/per person, per week (includes shoe rental).  We'll play in groups of 4.  Fees will be due every Monday to the Controller.

If you haven't played in a 2013 league there is a one-time $21.00 fee to join the USBC (United States Bowling Congress). They are they governing body for all bowling leagues.  They ensure the league prize fund, gives awards to league bowlers and there are discounts to certain company's because of being a member.  You can find out at for more information.

Warm up starts at 6:20 p.m., so I recommend you arrive no later than 6:00 each Monday, to get yourself ready to bowl and to practice. 1st game starts at 6:30 promptly.

If interested in joining this league, you need to sign up from the very beginning and be available to play regularly.  We will need on-call bowlers, if someone calls in sick or can't make it.  If interested in being a "backup" please let me know. You will have to be available at a moments notice. So preferably live close to Rocklin.

Similar to other organized sports, League bowling has a lot to offer. Get some exercise, meet new people, improve your game, and have a great time!  Games for every skill level!

Unlike other sports you don’t have to be the best bowler to win. Leagues are formed with the average bowler in mind. All of our leagues are handicap leagues which equals out the playing field. It allows the 100 average bowler to compete with and against the 200 average bowler, and it’s all in good fun!

• 2 free games each week for practice

• League bowling rates

• Free shoe rental

• 15% off menu items in our restaurant

Cash prizes from league prize fund

Did you know that the average adult male bowler burns around 175 calories per hour bowling and that a typical league bowler bowls 21/2-3 per night? So it’s more than just a recreational activity…it’s a sport.

My delay next week is due to my sons end of service in the Army (an Iraqi combat veteran) and his final move back home. I'm fine with being moved to a sub - it's more important that I honor his service to our country and help to get him back home safely. I'm still available but have changed my status to allow others to participate per your request. Let me know when a sub is needed.

That is very honorable of you to honor your son Lindy and I respect that. Will you be able to attend regularly after next Monday?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
