Hi Linda,
Thanks for continuing these hints and contacts.  I too really enjoy these, and would love being in touch with you in this way on a regular basis.
I'm doing very well since ending the program.  At first I was afraid I would fall back into bad habits and regain the hard won lost pounds, which resulted in my weight loss leveling off for a week or so.  Then I found myself feeling encouraged again.  I realized how much I've learned from you over the past 3-4 years, and how really easy being vegan has become for me.  I recommitted to following your 30 Day Vegan Program for Healthy Weight Loss, assumed the trusting state of mind that I'd assumed the first week, knowing that I would continue to loose 1 - 2 lbs per month the healthy way, which is exactly what I'd been saying to myself for the past few years, i.e.., "My goal is to loose my excess weight, slowly, over the next few years, until I'm at a healthy weight for myself which will probably be between 140 - 130. 
Right now I'm 161.4, which is wonderful considering that I was at 171 in January, 2013.  Now I've made real for myself that since the first of this year I've actually lost 10 pounds.  Wow!  When I realized that, I was able to keep-on-keepin'-on!  
So, once again, thank you for your commitment to yourself and the rest of us Linda.  You are truly sharing the gift of health you discovered over 20 years ago in an increasingly meaningful way.  I'm a life time fan of yours my friend.  I am forever grateful for your compassion and commitment to us all.  I will keep in touch with you as long as it's OK with you.
