This is a 3rd party class put on by the University of California Sacramento County. This is a free class call Master Food Preserver. I will post the PDF flyer of the classes offered in a folder here on the site.

    I took the first class on water bath canning even though I've been canning for a while I still learned allot. Cannot go to this pressure canning class cause I'm in the CERT training but when it comes around again. I'll be there
