Self Defense Class in Lincoln, CA

I am going to check out this training class. Drop in is $20 at at the door and it happens weekly. See below info from their website.

This is an ongoing weekly defense training class. The class will be held on monday night in Lincoln, Ca. We will also add additional training days from time to time to include various locations and times. The cost of this training is $85.00 per month. This includes additional training open to members and hosted by TRI-FORCE. There are no contracts and you can discontinue your training at any time. Each course will be one and half to two hours of training. Additional specialized courses may be longer. You must be 16 years or older to attend the classes. If you just want to attend one class and you don’t want to sing up for the monthly membership, the cost at the door is $20.00 per class for the monday night training. The cost of the additional training days varies in price. Note: classes hosted by TRI-FORCE are included in membership. Classes hosted by other organizations are not included in the membership. If you have any questions please contact me.

The Classes will be held at the Best Handgun Training Building:

Classroom Facility – 605 Lincoln Blvd #120, Lincoln, CA 95648

Body Weapons
Weapon Defense
Use of Weapons
Control holds
Protecting Others
Advance Specialized Training

The training will be based on my T.R.I. system (Training – Response – Inoculation) and allows me to provide a high level of training to my students in the shortest amount of time possible.
Students need to wear gym type clothing and long pants are recommended. Student should bring water and any refreshments they may need during training.
When physical training is involved there is always a risk of injury to its participants as result of the training. This is a physical training course and to attend this course you should be in good physical condition and have no existing injuries.

    Though cannot make it for this one. It HIGHLY recommended peoples obtain this or similar type training. It is not enough to just have a firearm.
