I have wanted to learn to make cheese for a while now. :) Please register through the COOP website:

The Art & Science of Cheesemaking: Chèvre

Wednesday, December[masked], 6:00pm - 8:30pm

Chèvre is a creamy fresh goat cheese that can be enjoyed as soon as it is made, or aged into a blooming rind cheese by adding mold to the cheesemaking process. Explore this traditionally French-style cheesemaking process using “lactic fermentation.” Discover the delicious cheeses you can create using this process, including beautiful grape-leaf wrapped and herbed chèvre, perfect for holiday entertaining and gift giving.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin

Note: this is a hands-on cooking class
