It's hard to call beause it's barely raining...but there's a "hazardous" weather warning, so we better play it safe.
Steven's Trail
I hear the ladybugs might be out in multitudes.
9 miles intermediate/strenuous
4.5 miles down and 4.5 miles UP.
Directions:
Follow I-80 East to Colfax then follow the frontage road (North Canyon Way just south of I-80) past Colfax cemetery to the trailhead.
Limited parking at trailhead.
The trail is open to hikers, mountain bikers and horseback riding.
Please remember to be courteous and yield to horses.
Dogs okay.
Bring plenty of food and water.
Dress in layers.
