Is this a 3 hour drive for 2.5 miles of hiking? Just wanted to check. Does anyone know if there are any more trails out that way? 38 people is a bit too big for me, but if there were other trails I might tag along for part of it!

Lori, your comments made me laugh; and you're right, it does seem like a lot of driving. That area around Foresthill has a lot of other hikes. If I can find the trails web site I will forward that to you. Michael
