Comment 1: I just want to mention this is more than just a 6 mile hike. It's an amazing walk up over, under and through some incredible rocks. It will take longer than your average 6 mile hike because of the incredible views to stop for, the climbing up rocks, and crawling through parts of the cave. It is not particularly difficult or scary stuff. There are plenty of stairs carved into rocks, handholds and railings along the way. The cave has some walkways and stairs through it.
Comment 2: Although not terribly difficult, if you have a serious fear of heights you might want to consider not doing this. If you are particularly claustrophobic, there is a bypass for the cave. BRING A FLASHLIGHT FOR THE CAVE. A HEADLAMP IS BEST.
