Let's meet at Karen's Bakery for a hike! I am planning on walking for 45 minutes each way. This is a relaxed pace hike and should fit new and beginning hikers. Join me for a great morning walk by the beautiful American River. Plan on staying for lunch at Karens if you like.

It was just the right pace as I'm just getting back into longer walks. There were two groups -- some walked at a faster pace and others a bit slower. It was a perfect day for a walk.
