Our trailhead is at the southeast corner of the little parking lot for Sculpture Park, near the foot of "Cosmos," the large red sculpture seen from I-80.
Meet at the Sculpture Park (behind 24-hour Fitness), Roseville. We'll head east on the bike trail, along Dry Creek at first, then Miner’s Ravine Creek. The trail climbs gradually up the mostly oak-shaded ravine for about three miles until it ends at Sierra College Boulevard, where we’ll take a break before heading back the same way.
This is an easy walk/hike with gentle slope and low hills.
Distance: Approximately 6 miles.
Duration: 2 to 3 hours, walking and breaks.
Dogs on leash, please clean up after.
