Great hike tonight Carole! We were in the shade almost the entire hike and picked up some nice breezes! The pace was good, the trail route you mapped out was very nice! Looking forward to future hikes

This will be my kickoff toward getting in shape for hiking! My job requires me to be outdoors quite a bit, so I'll need to be sure I'm not overwhelmed by the heat today. I'm a total heat wuss!! I will cancel if I cannot make it, but at this point I'm in! :^)
