  • I would have loved to go to the cleanse classes, but wasn't able to make it out. Is there any more of those coming up? Another idea would be to have a healthy potluck/recipe swap. Bring a sample of your favorite healthy dish (just enough for sample size portions) plus several copies of the recipe to share with others.
