IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CONNECT SOCIALLY with people over 50 who share your love for movies, theater and art, then this is the perfect group for you. Let's enjoy great movies and theater together, talk about them afterward during lunch or dinner, while also building companionship and friendship with each other.
WE WILL ATTEND TWO OR MORE MOVIES, PLAYS, OR ART EXHIBITIONS a month, with at least half of them including a lunch, dinner or happy hour social. Nearly all meals will be at restaurants where we can get separate checks, and may be stand-alone events not combined with a movie or play. We will also attend a few music concerts.
MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO MAKE AN ANNUAL $5.00+ CONTRIBUTION WITHIN 90 DAYS OF JOINING THE GROUP; THE GREEN "CHIP IN" BUTTON ON THE HOME PAGE IS THE PREFERRED METHOD, BUT YOU CAN ALSO GIVE $5.00+ CASH TO THE ORGANIZER IN PERSON.
AS SOON AS YOU BECOME A MEMBER, please review the "ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES" which can be found under the "Pages" link at the top of the Home Page. Members are expected to attend a minimum of two events per year, which will be WAIVED only if you have made your annual $5.00+ contribution.
TRANSPORTATION: Members must be able to provide their own transportation to activities and meeting locations. Rides and carpools are not provided by the Organizer or other group members.
I'm looking forward to enjoying the best movies, theater, art and food with all of you!
New members must be approved by the Organizer

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
