Emily Webber Biography April 2009
In 2002, Emily discovered veganism and, along with it, a whole new world of flavor. From 2004-2008 she was the Supervisor of Salud!, Cooking & Lifestyle School at Whole Foods Market Sacramento. She has written for VegNews Magazine and Veggie Life Magazine. In 2008, Emily chose to be a stay-at-home Mom to her now 2-year old son, William. Cooking healthful meals for her picky toddler has been her biggest culinary challenge to date. When not running off to the playground, coloring, playing with toy trains or creating some new recipe at home, you may find Emily teaching the occasional cooking class or writing an article here and there, as she fancies herself a Freelance Cooking Instructor and Food Writer. Emily lives in Sacramento, California with her husband and their very wonderful, talented and important 2-year old son.

    •  Just a very low key, enjoyable, knowledgeable, personalized meal at Williams Sonoma in Pavillions. Emily is a delight and offered lots of variations on her recipes: black bean brownies, yam/gold potato grilled salad, delicious garbanzo/short grain rice burgers with guacamole dressing. I learned a lot and I have been cooking natural foods for 50 years.
