Raw Chef Certification Course

This course is Sept. 7–11, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. each day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

René Oswald from the Transition to Living Cuisine (TLC) is holding a Raw Chef Certification Course in September. Her course will cover staying healthy and healing by incorporation more raw, vegan foods into your diet.

Participate in making and eating recipes, and learn René’s time-saving tips for creating them in less than 15 minutes! Class size is limited to 12. She’s also hoping to train others to teach the TLC Program (call René for the details at[masked]).

Host: Your TLC Home Chef Program will be hosted by Leila August in the Laguna area of Elk Grove. Leila can be reached at [masked] or[masked]-5140.

Cost: Course fees range from $576 to $2,200 depending if you want to help a bit with prep & clean-up, to adding additional private consultation.  Everyone receives the same course information, hands on experience, and certificate.

    Hi, Just to clarify a bit further. This course will be held in Elk Grove's Laguna area. Even though there is a price range depending on if you want to help prep & clean up a bit to receiving individual consultation, everyone receives the same course information, hands on experience, and certification :-) Please feel free to contact myself or Rene' Oswald if you have any questions.
