Excellent! Lots of fresh, new info since his talk last year. We were so impressed, we've asked Coach Ruben to speak at our November SVS potluck.

So glad you are having it during the day as I have found it easier and healthier to go out during the day. I like the "Daylight Diet," and have found that I feel better and sleep better by not eating in eating. I look forward to appetizers at Loving Hut and am glad we are supporting them.

It's wonderful to have a free lecture, but sad that many, if not most will be working then.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
