Come learn how and why to start making your own fermented foods with minimal cost and maximum fun and fabulous health. 


Dr. Goli Sahba will share how easy it can be to make

• effervescent raw salsa, 

• baby dill pickles, 

• nut-based kefirs and more 

on a budget. 

Goli will discuss the benefits to our health and the many fermented traditional foods of cultures around the world, and she'll show how to fit these into our busy western lives. 

Goli and her husband Doug, who loves to make Kombucha, will do a number of demonstrations to show the ease of making these magical foods.
