Solar Cooking Demo and Monthly Vegan Potluck

While you are munching on vegan potluck goodies, Ilsa will talk about how to cook your food in the sun. She will be showing you different ways to solar cook your favorite foods. There will be solar cookers to play with and Ilsa and friends will answer any questions. Let's get the heat out of the kitchen this summer and cook for free with the sun!

We meet the second Sunday of every month for a vegan potluck and special program.

Potluck. Bring:

a vegan (no animal products, including no eggs or dairy products) dish to feed at least six;

your plate, bowl, cup, eating and serving utensils;

a list of ingredients.

Baffled by "vegan"? Don't know what to fix? We can help. Drop us a line right here or at [masked].

Parking: Free, off-street, and lots of it. Just one block from the T Street bike path.

Everyone is welcome. Bring your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc.!

See you at the Grange Hall!

    Greetings! I'm looking at the event and I am wondering if vegan baked good would be acceptable?

      Yes, vegan baked goods are always welcome! Some SVS members avoid gluten, oil, sugar, salt, etc. Ingredient lists attached to potluck items allow everyone to pick and choose as they prefer.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
