Why are you interested in SVS?

I'm trying to get back on a healthy vegetarian diet and get back into eating healthy and gain the weight I need while eating healthy.

What can SVS do for you?

teach me the new and up to date thing on a healthy vegetarian diet

Tell us about yourself.

I was born a vegetarian and raised one my family never force me to eat any thing I didn't want so I was always eating vegetables, fruits, eggs, and diary products. I would never eat any meats that came from a butchered animal because I just never liked it. But when I became homeless out on the east cost the shelters out there enforced a rule that you had to eat every thing they put on the plate or your weren't aloud to eat there so I was force to eat food that made me sick to my stomache. I have been having heart burn since I started eating meat and have been trying to get back to the healthy vegetarian diet since I have been back home here in Sacramento. This is why I am seeking out the SVS for help to get me back on track in eating healthy. I'm a hypoglycemic by birth and I have been trying to stay healthy and maintain my sugar level buy eating vegetables and fruits but need more advice on what to do.

Are you vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, or transitioning?

I am a returning vegetarian.

I am 37 and have been a vegetarian since my birth.
