I enjoy making new friends in the veg community and sharing information about purely plant-based health, wellness, compassion and environmental sustainability.

I teach nutrition and cooking classes, am working on researching and writing my second book, recently joined the team at Truth or Drought www.truthordrought.com as the director of the new Save Water Eat Plants! citizens action campaign and am excited to be an environmental activist. I also have a wonderful husband and wonderful son who are both vegan.
I've been vegan since 2002. When I went vegan, I lost 45 pounds in one year and going vegan has totally changed my life. I've gained a new career and a newfound appreciation for all life.
