The Mental Coach
NOTE: DATE CHANGED!
Weight loss and habit changes (such as quitting smoking) are much on people's minds at the beginning of each year. Hypnosis is a powerful tool to achieve these goals.
In this informal and enjoyable meeting, Jay Tinsman (our guest speaker) will talk about the two kinds of attitudes people commonly bring to hypnosis sessions--the "big fans" and the "open-minded skeptics"--and the different approaches that work best for them.
Jay will include a group demo, handouts, and will answer all your questions. I've known Jay for years and he always gives a great presentation with valuable information we can all find helpful, whether practitioner, enthusiast or just plain curious.
He gave this presentation to the Sacramento Hypnosis Meetup Group in early 2012 - it was a big hit!
Jay Tinsman is a licensed MFT with thirty years of experience in clinical counseling, therapy, and hypnosis. He was trained in hypnosis at the Milton Erickson Foundation in Phoenix, Arizona. His website is: http://www.jaytinsmanma.com
There will be plenty of time for Q&A and, as always, everyone is invited to experience hypnosis for themselves in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Remember to RSVP and see you at the Meetup!
Contact David Kenward - your Organizer and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist - with any questions.
A note about RSVPs: I really want everyone who is interested in this subject to be able to attend. I freed up some space in my classroom, but space is still limited. If you RSVP, plan on attending. Make it as serious as if you paid in advance! If something comes up, please cancel your RSVP so someone else can take your spot.
