Hypnosis Q and A plus Demos

At this January 9th Sacramento Hypnosis Meetup, you will have a chance to ask anything you've ever wondered about hypnosis, watch volunteers be hypnotized and even experience hypnosis for yourself.

Hypnosis is a fascinating tool for quickly changing how you think and feel; bringing out abilities; releasing anger, fear, sadness, grief and guilt; letting go of stress; boosting confidence, motivation and focus; bringing out your best under pressure; promoting healing and relieving pain, plus a lot more.

Hypnosis has been used successfully for decades for eliminating stuttering, fears, phobias, depressions and changing habits, beliefs and behaviors.

Deep states of hypnosis can be easily obtained in as little at 10 seconds, demonstrated by muscle catalepsy, anesthesia, amnesia, altering perception of time, enhanced memory and more.

Come with a curious and open mind and prepare to be amazed at the power and ability everyone has inside them.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A and, as always, everyone is invited to experience hypnosis for themselves in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Remember to RSVP and see you at the Meetup!

Contact David Kenward - your Organizer and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist - with any questions.

A note about RSVPs: I really want everyone who is interested in this subject to be able to attend. I freed up some space in my classroom, but space is still limited. If you RSVP, plan on attending. Make it as serious as if you paid in advance! If something comes up, please cancel your RSVP so someone else can take your spot.

David's explanation of the steps of the hypnosis process was fantastic, but what I found fascinating was his expertise in navigating the mind and intention of the hypnotee. Each person was different bringing a different dynamic into the 'conversation' between David and the hypnotee. It's obvious that that level of confidence is ingrained from decades of practice. It was so much fun seeing it unfold; so unforced. Thank you, David.

David thanks for another interesting night. Thanks for being so generous with your knowledge and talent. Thanks also to Anita, William, and Paul for volunteering to be hypnotized. You each brought something unique to the night. I highly recommend this group to anyone interested in hypnosis.

David, Thank You for all the time and energy you put into each meeting. I thought that this meeting was great with very interesting demonstrations,it became very obvious as we watched each person that was hypnotised that if they are tense or don't want to go under that they can keep it from happening . Thank you for the enlightening evening. Paul

It was so informative and we learned tools we can use right away! Loved being able to witness the demos with volunteers and have all my questions and concerns addressed in such a safe environment!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
