Heeere's Jack,Johnny,Jay and Jimmy

Sacramento Real Estate Investment Club Monthly Meeting

For Investors and Entrepreneurs

Heeere's Jack,Johnny,Jay and Jimmy

This coming week, after 22 years, Jay Leno will end his reign as the host of the late night leading show, The Tonight Show.

22 years.

Remarkable when you think about how few shows have even managed to stay on the air half that time.

Even more amazing is how long The Tonight Show has been running…it debuted in 1954.

The Tonight Show, incidentally, is the longest currently running, regularly scheduled entertainment program in the United States and still attracts huge audiences and top ratings.  In fact, during most of Leno’s tenure, he kept it as the top-rated talk show in its timeslot. The Tonight Show is credited with establishing the modern format of late night TV which so many have copied.

And because it has such a great track record and successful formula, I imagine when Leno passes the baton to his successor, Jimmy Fallon, The Tonight Show will continue its run of success.

Wouldn’t it be great to have a formula for successfully attracting customers, clients or patients like that to your business…one with a long proven track record that would work year after year after year?

You bet it would! Especially when you think about how frequently you hear about the latest, greatest media or method that you “must try.”

Having a marketing system you can rely on—that consistently attracts your ideal customers, year-in and year-out means you don’t have to keep searching.

We here at Capital City Wealth Builders are HUGE fans of Real Estate Marketing and our topic for February is Marketing. There are two kinds of real estate  marketing - traditional and online.

To shed more light on traditional marketing we have Michael Morrongiello . Michael Morrongiello is an active investor who specializes in Real Estate & Real Estate “Paper” investments. Widely known as having one of the most knowledgeable & creative minds in the paper business, Michael started creating paper as a result of his own Real Estate investment activities in the early 1980’s.  He is very active in the Buy/Sell renovation business of properties here in the SF Bay Area. He gets most of his deals through his own marketing.

To speak on online and social media marketing we have Kyle Cossano . Kyle Cassano is a young professional with a strong background in public relations and social media. Currently, he is co-owner of Sacramento Marketing Labs and is a lead organizer for Sacramento’s #1 social media community, SacTweetUp.

Kyle’s main goal is to help businesses and entrepreneurs grow their companies with the use of actionable social media marketing and other proven Internet marketing strategies.

A little long, but the News section was unexpected and fascinating

katharine - I had a choice of either letting the speaker do his thing or cutting it short. I went with the option that gave attendees the MOST out of the meeting. It costs me extra but I am OK with that. Thank you so much for coming and keep on coming back!

Both presenters were really beneficial! Thanks for bearing the extra cost. I'm planning on being there next month to hear Merton speak.

This was my first meeting with this group, and it was a lot of fun. The speakers were very informative, and I left with actual action items to improve my business. Definitely a fun time, and my wife even wants to come back, so it had to be good.

Looking forward to this meeting Michael Morrongiello is a wealth of information. I have questions for him.
I am working on my online presence so I am also looking forward to what Kyle Cassano has to say
