Explore Mondo Zen

Mondo Zen offers a great understanding and foundation on which to cultivate a clear and consistent meditation practice. The process is an experiential and creative inquiry in to the natural meditative state of our being. Having this experience, and being able to articulate its qualities, we then explore the nature and function of emotions from within this meditative state. This lays ground to use our daily lives and experiences to recall meditative awareness and integrate it as our go-to response in any circumstance. This frees us from conditioned reactivity that is self-limiting a best and destructive at worst.

The context for Mondo Zen can be found in the "Pages" tab.

I look forward to sharing this de-light-full experience with you.

I had my thinking-mind doubts of how could it be possible to so quickly bring out Clear Mind-Heart using these simple koans. But, wow. I've done several long retreats, and this Mondo Zen process felt almost like a full week sitting retreat, and I'm still feeling the aftereffects. It was a very awakening experience, thank you for introducing me to Mondo!

It was more of what I was asking for than I asked for. Thank you Paco for your immense generosity and depth.

My thanks to everyone who showed up. You were deeply and authentically engaged in the process, and it was a delight to see you light up with understanding and insight. I, too, benefited greatly from the sharing, and can now address my office work with a clear and open mind.

Hi I would like to attend this, but don't want to say yes and then not be able to make it. I do want to look into this practice. Living in Delaware, I'm not too far away but the location. Will try to make it in July or the next time! Thank you! Ginny
