Mondo Zen insight inquiry

Mondo Zen offers a great understanding and foundation on which to cultivate a clear and consistent meditation practice. The process is an experiential and creative inquiry in to the natural meditative state of our being. Having this experience, and being able to articulate its qualities, we then explore the nature and function of emotions from within this meditative state. This lays ground to use our daily lives and experiences to recall meditative awareness and integrate it as our go-to response in any circumstance. This frees us from conditioned reactivity that is self-limiting a best and destructive at worst.

The context for Mondo Zen can be found in the "Pages" tab.

I look forward to sharing this de-light-full experience with you.

Part of the beauty of Mondo Zen is that transmission is a two-way street. While a trained facilitator is necessary to keep the process on track, there is no "teacher-student" hierarchy per se. I appreciate Jen's compliment of my facilitation, and also her sustained presence that supported me in having clear insight. None of us can do this alone, hence Siddartha emphasizing sangha, or community, as one of the Three Jewels in life. I look forward to exploring meditative mind with more of you in the future.

This was my third time attending the zendo. This experience has been more than I could ever have anticipated. Paco is truly authentic and genuine in his facilitation of the Buddhist Mondo Zen teachings. After sitting in many different sangha groups around the Chester County area and not finding a good fit, I came across Sacred Earth sangha in Meet Up and was immediately drawn to the name. I feel I am finally home.

I'm so sorry I can't make it again - I have another prior commitment. I currently have commitments on the second and third Sunday of each month, and these often seem to conflict with sangha meetups. Please accept my apologies!

No apologies are needed, Charlotte. Life happens. It will work out one day. Or, consider scheduling a private Mondo Zen session. _()_

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
