QI GONG with Lorraine Hughes

Qi Gong literally means “breath work” and generally extends to “energy cultivation”.

When we practice Qi Gong we cultivate how we use our own innate energy, our Qi, Prana or Life Force.
The exercises or sets as they are called are highly intentional, and through intention and breath we are able to manipulate the various subtle energies of the body, mind and spirit.

Anyone at any age can practice Qi Gong regardless of their limitations whether mental or physical.

It is our breath and intention that drives our internal alchemy, during which we maximize the internal , use, generation and storage of energy.


Qi Gong is about getting in touch with your nature, your life force and can assist each and every one of us through change with mindfulness. The movements are fluidic and expressed as meditation in motion or by simply standing in place
