Kick start your holiday eating habits with the CrossFit ACT Fall Fitness Challenge. The purpose of this challenge is to jump start your healthy eating habits and to get that body moving. THIS IS NOT A DIET, THIS IS A LIFESTYLE. Our mission is to convey to you our knowledge of a healthy lifestyle, both nutritionally and physically. Every day for the month of November, we will reveal a nutrition tip, workout or recipe. In doing this, you have something new to look forward to every day. In addition, there will be a free 45 minute CrossFit class once a week for the month of November (the class is for this group only). There is a a fee for the challenge, but this is an accountability fee, to ensure that you stay with the program and learn about a healthy lifestyle. The fee works out to $1 a day ($30 total for the month of November). There are prizes involved as well. Use this as an opportunity to get started. $1 a day is less than your morning Grande Americano at Starbucks.
First meeting: November 1st at 9am with a workout to follow.
This is a value of $160 (4 CrossFit classes are $80 and two personal nutrition sessions are $80).
