    Hi all, Can I ask for the level? I am a beginner. I start and stop many times in between because of traveling. Is everybody joining at a same level? How do we manage different people?

    If, you are ok with a true beginner, I would love to join tomorrow.

      We all congregate at gate 5 at 8:00pm. Gate 5 is up near Sheikh Zayed Road. We will all be standing right in front of the gate.

    What distances/paces do you all usually run?

      It is 3 4 km but it is combition of running and walking. I stopped 1 month ago because of traveling so I start yesterday with 20 min walk and will to continue.

      We take it very easy. Every body does there own thing but we start as a group. So if you run or walk there will be somebody at your pace.
