Doors open at 6:00pm, Class starts at 6:15pm.
*** What to bring to class: a yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on, a sweater or small blanket to place overtop of you.
*** Wear comfortable clothing for stretching and relaxation, and, be sure to remove your shoes at the front door.
Adults - $15.00 per class or $100 for the complete series, paid at the time of the first class. Ninth class is Free
