Sahaja Yoga Meditation is meant for everyone who desires to find his or her true self, which is a life full of peace, joy and love for others. It is not just a book or a set of instructions but a living science that will open up to you gradually as your meditations become deeper and your experience stronger and more fulfilling.
The classes are composed of guided meditation, soothing music and use of elements of our natural environment with simple techniques to calm and silence our minds. Question/Answers and group discussions are encouraged.
It is entirely free of charge and classes are conducted by volunteers who are long-term practitioners.
