Sahaja Yoga has provided me a ability to introspect myself & find inner peace at the end of the day. Considering my stressful work environment, It allows me to relax and keep my attention stable.
I have been practicing Sahaja Yoga Meditation for a while and enjoy its benefits in my personal and professional life.
