I have been practicing Sahaja Meditation and would like to share my experience
It is a very sincere effort to share the experience of meditation. It relaxes you instantaneous and all your stress of the day melts right off of you. Your attention immediately goes to the essence of life and you focus on what is really important, to share, love and enjoy.
