At the Sahaja Yoga Meditation Group of Fairfax, we want to make the benefits of meditation accessible to all those who feel stressed, tired or generally interested in meditation.

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people connect with their inner self.
