    I've only attended this class two times in a row so far, but the experience has been tremendous! The morning after I participated in my first meditation class, I woke up, and all day long, I felt great! I felt physically, mentally, and spiritually on top of my game, and I was thinking very clearly. This kind of thinking, for me, was unique, but it was good. I plan to continue to participate in this class, as I feel the benefits are worth learning and sharing.
