Welcome to Sailing Adventures for Singles & Couples!

We get groups of active singles (and couples too - due to demand) together and have fun sailing, plus other activities (see below). Our intention is to create a fun and safe environment where you can meet new people and share the experience of being out on the water. We welcome all experience levels, from none to the experienced sailor. It's a very low-key way to meet people. In addition to regular outings on our yacht, some of the other activities that we'll organize include Dock Parties, Movie nights on the boat (like a drive-in, but it's a float-in), bonfire bar-b-que (not on the boat). Many of these will be free &/or pot-luck. Your additional ideas for fun singles activities are welcome. Just email me (Brad).

Our yacht Jada has plenty of room for groups of 20 or more, so you have an opportunity to meet a variety of different people. We try to have a given age range for each outing, and also as close to a 50/50 mix of men and women as possible.

About the vessel: Jada is a 1938, 65 foot, all-wood, Rhodes yawl. Her gorgeous teak trim inside and out, creates a warm and rich atmosphere. Her solidly built hull provides a very smooth and quiet ride through the water. You can see more about her on our website at "http://www.SailJada.com"

Please note that you can also see other public outing dates on the "availability" page of our site. Most of these are promotional / discount fare outings through July.

Jada is a Coast Guard Certified charter vessel and as such we always have a licensed Captain and crew aboard. Although it’s free to join the meetup group, we do charge for charters, currently 1/2 of our regular full-fare group charter rate. The specific cost will vary depending upon the length of outing, whether we’re providing food, etc.. The cost for a given outing will be listed in that specific post. Our 3 hour trips are usually $35 to $45 per person. Payment is easy online with PayPal.
