What sailing experience do you have?
Certified through Marina Sailing to charter their yachts, however, that was many moons ago.
Do you have yachting qualifations?
Through Marina Sailing Redondo Beach. Don't know if that qualifies.
Some yachts are crewed by young teams, others are older. Approximately how old are you? 10-20, 20-30,30-40,40-50,50-60,60-70,70-100?

Welcome Wendy.We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at Santa Monica Windjammers Yacht Club. June's meeting will be on the 14th and you can attend 2 a year as a guest. Happy hour starts at 6.30, with dinner at 7.00. The speaker starts at 8.00 and June's speaker is Sandy Viall, a Captain and certified instructor for both ASA and USSAILING. She has taught beginners through Navigation and Coastal Passage Making.
