38 Foot Yacht out of Chelsea Piers

Well, having lived in New York for several years I am not ashamed to say that in common with many, many people I want to make an effort to expand my social circle. I have the 38 foot yacht moored in Chelsea for many days in October - more than I can possibly spend just with pals and colleagues therefore I thought I would do several open sails and invite some new folk through meetup.com.

Membership is by invitation - that is to say that you must fill in the usual form and I will get back to you if you I think that you are a good fit with the Meetup group. I will have to read your emails and decide who comes also because it will be limed to 8 people per trip including me. Therefore, at a minimum please tell me age, situation, what you do, why sailing etc etc. More information the merrier really and if there are pictures in your profile that always helps! I imagine that on viewing the nice pictures from last Saturday that a good many people will want to come out so obviously I will have to choose! I don't mind if you want to bring a friend and please indicate this when you apply so I can keep a total.
