Upcoming Salesforce release and a presentation from Panaya on impact analysis

We’ll be kicking off 2014 with a presentation from Salesforce expert Maureen Pickering on the upcoming Salesforce release. She’ll cover the new features that are coming out, highlighting what’s new in reporting and analytics.  Email us and let us know if there are any specific parts of the upcoming release you’d like covered.

The presentation will be followed by a raffle and a brief presentation by our sponsor Panaya who will discuss their Impact Analysis App to help manage changes from daily modifications to major projects. It allows you to quickly see where and how different fields are used in your org, the ability to compare your org between two points in time and much more.

We’ll also be hosting the Philadelphia Nonprofit User Group this month, and you’ll have a chance to meet some of your peers in the nonprofit sector.

Maureen from Salesforce did a great job highlighting the upcoming Spring 14 changes. Nice to see several new features being incorporated as a result of the user community submitted ideas. Uzi from Panaya presented an awesome new tool that I'm looking forward to learning more about.

Christine - I know that Panaya's been working with at least one nonprofit org in their development & testing (whose admin is an MVP), and are planning to offer some amount of discount to nonprofits.

Thanks to all for including our non profit group. Maureen, your overview of the upcoming release was terrific and I love Panaya's app. Hope they are going to offer it to non profits! (hint)

Maureen's presentation was spot on! The Panaya materials were well outside my skill range.

Hello Philly! Looking forward to sharing all the great stuff in Spring 14 release on Wednesday. With such a packed release, there is no way we can cover everything in an hour. Please do let me know what features you are most interested in, so we can prioritize accordingly. Of course everyone wants to hear about the Sales Cloud and platform enhancements, but how about Data.com? Service Cloud? Communities? Post here with your favorites!
