Announcing a new Meetup for The San Diego Salsa Crazy Meetup Group!
What: New Salsa team ! Salsa Inferno Intermediate Dance Team-!
When: Thursday, September 23, 2010 9:00 PM
Price: $15.00 per person

Hi Dancers,
Maria and I have been planning what we think will be the best year yet for Salsa Inferno Dance Co. With some exciting opportunities for performances and Salsa Festivals coming in the near future. You will be learning a classic Salsa piece on "1" for this first routine. The music is rich and full of accents, so who ever shows up to practice will get the music sent to them.
? This thursday at 7:30 pm for Dancers over 35 years of age, or 9pm ( have shoes on ready to dance) we will have our first practice with a short "orientation" to the rehearsal process , what to expect, and other business that needs to be addressed.
If you do not own a pair of dance shoes, you have a couple days to get some. Suede sole is the way to go. Standard Black shoes for guys. Most of you already have shoes, but you want to practice in the shoes you are going to perform in.
? If you want to come in early to warm up, you will have the small studio available to you for that purpose.
? Bring your team fees for the remainder of this month for $30.00 Team fees also allow you to take the friday night progressive classes for free . This is a deal! It breaks down to $60.00 total a month for teams fees and classes.
? Guys if you sweat alot, bring an extra tee shirt or two ?
We are hoping that everyone comes to the progressive class on fridays to learn the moves that will be used in the choreography.
We are trying to set a new standard of success and we require that each team member come to the "training/progressive patterns class. We will be working on specific patterns , and staging during practices, but we break down each move slowly in the progressive and make sure you learn it right the first time.
We will rotate partners and not everyone is required to perform, but those that are ready will !
All performances are based on your availability !
