Provo Nights - Lower, Cement steps

Hi Fly Fishers!

Since summer and long days are here, the plan is to have a meet-up on the lower Provo each Wednesday night, hopefully casting dry flies to rising fish.  Some of you just need practice casting and getting your drift right and I can help with that too.

The hatches have been happening sporadically but as we get solidly into July the PMDs should me more reliable.  The dry fly fishing is excellent during a PMD hatch.

Hopefully we won't have too many tubers on a weeknight!

Hatches the entire time. Missed a lot of fish and still landed 13. Awesome! Great to fish with you Ward!

This past week we had PMDs (Pale Morning Duns) and Caddis hatching Wednesday night - early around 4pm and then later around 8pm. Rising fish were not very active until the tubers were off the water, but when rising the fish are taking both caddis and PMD dry flies size 14 or 16.
