I doubt I'll be away from work before you are introducing ritual- I had hopes, but it is not looking good. Have fun, good luck, and don't get too cold (wet is another matter.)

    Are kids welcome to come?

The nature of the holiday is a spring fertility rite which may have adult themes (no nudity). Well behaved children that can remain quiet/attentive for about an hour and have constant adult supervision are welcome to attend.
