“I am hoping to learn more about utilizing electricity for both car and possibly motorcycle use. Being in South Texas, I especially like the idea of keeping a vehicle charged up with the sun.”

“Also, start going thru the links on our site or the www.eaaev.org national site, including www.evalbum.com. They have a ton of information there. There are also some good books that you can buy or borrow from us explaining the basics of converting a car. If you want to borrow a book, let us know and we could loan one out. Anyone is also welcome to stop by the shop when I'm out there to talk about EV's.”

“You can either start a discussion here or even better, on the www.aceaa.org mailing list. Let us know how far you need to go, how fast, and how much money you want to spend. It's expensive to buy all new parts (easily around $10K) but there are used parts, deals on other cars and ways to get by cheaper. We can start figuring out what might work for you and how to get it done.”
