Doddi asked me to become an assistant organizer. His time is taken up right now with some new projects he is working on, but he wanted to keep the momentum of the meetup in full swing. If we collaborate, I believe we can come up with some really fun, helpful, and interesting ideas. I want to gather a little information first, so we can make good choices on where and when to have meetups.
Could you tell me in which section of San Antonio or outside the loop you live, based on the diagram?
What is your best day and time to meet in a week?
How far are you willing to travel for a special "field trip" style meetup (possibly monthly)?
How far are you willing to travel for more regular meetups? Are there other things than movie nights you would like to do on a weekly basis?
What are your top three favorite ideas that you would like to experience with the permaculture meetup group (i.e. ideas for trips or projects)?
Do you personally have any projects that the permaculture group could come and help you with? If so, when would you be ready for help?
It would be a wonderful, helpful experience to trade work days with each other. We would gain experience and knowledge from each other, while helping each other accomplish projects easier done as a team. When we've exhausted our list of personal projects (ha, ha), or before then, we can put all our experience to good use and beautify San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
